Managing Your Team
Update team information and configure settings.
For initial team creation, see Creating Your First Team.
Accessing Team Settings
- Go to your team dashboard
- Click "Settings" in the sidebar
- Click the edit icon (pencil) next to any section
Team Information
Basic Details
- Team Name / Abbreviation (6 chars max)
- Team Type: High School or Club
- Team LSC / Registration Code: Required for Club teams
Address & Contact
Street address, city, state, postal code, email, and phone numbers.
Division Management
Divisions organize athletes for competition (e.g., JV, Varsity).
- Go to Settings > Divisions
- Click "Create New Division"
- Enter name, HY3 Code (2 chars), and EV3 Code (3 chars)
Team Deletion
⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent. All team data, athletes, meets, and results will be removed.
Consider alternatives: mark team as inactive, export data for backup, or transfer athletes first.
Troubleshooting
Cannot edit team: Verify you have Coach or Admin privileges.
Abbreviation too long: Use 6 characters or fewer.
