Managing Your Team

Update team information and configure settings.

For initial team creation, see Creating Your First Team.

Accessing Team Settings

  1. Go to your team dashboard
  2. Click "Settings" in the sidebar
  3. Click the edit icon (pencil) next to any section

Team Information

Basic Details

  • Team Name / Abbreviation (6 chars max)
  • Team Type: High School or Club
  • Team LSC / Registration Code: Required for Club teams

Address & Contact

Street address, city, state, postal code, email, and phone numbers.

Division Management

Divisions organize athletes for competition (e.g., JV, Varsity).

  1. Go to Settings > Divisions
  2. Click "Create New Division"
  3. Enter name, HY3 Code (2 chars), and EV3 Code (3 chars)

Team Deletion

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent. All team data, athletes, meets, and results will be removed.

Consider alternatives: mark team as inactive, export data for backup, or transfer athletes first.

Troubleshooting

Cannot edit team: Verify you have Coach or Admin privileges.

Abbreviation too long: Use 6 characters or fewer.
