Team Settings
Configure your team settings in Huddleswim.
Accessing Settings
- Go to your team dashboard
- Click "Settings" in the sidebar
- Choose a section to view or modify
Settings Sections
Basic Details
- Team Name / Abbreviation (6 chars max)
- Team Type: High School or Club
- Team LSC / Registration Code: Required for Club teams
Address
Street address, city, state, postal code, country
Contact
Team email and phone numbers
Division Management
- Go to Settings > Divisions
- Click "Create New Division"
- Enter name, HY3 Code (2 chars), and EV3 Code (3 chars)
Conversion Factors
Configure time conversions between pool courses.
See Course Conversion Factors.
Editing Settings
- Go to Settings
- Click the edit icon (pencil)
- Make changes and click "Save"
Team details use a three-step form: Basic Info → Address → Contact
Team Deletion
⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent. All team data, athletes, meets, and results will be removed.
Only delete for test teams, duplicates, or permanently discontinued teams.
