Viewing Upcoming Meets

Stay on top of your swimming schedule by checking your upcoming meets in HuddleSwim.

Finding Your Schedule

1. Log in to your HuddleSwim account
2. Navigate to Schedule or My Meets
3. View your list of upcoming meets

Meet Information

Each meet shows:

• Meet Name, Date, and Location
• Pool Type: SCY, SCM, or LCM

Your Events

If your coach has entered you, you'll see:

• Event Name (e.g., "100 Freestyle")
• Seed Time: Your entry time
• Heat/Lane: Your assignments once seeding is complete

Your seed time helps meet officials organize heats so swimmers of similar speed race together. Faster swimmers usually swim in later heats and middle lanes.

Relay Events

For relays, you'll see:

• Relay event name and your team members
• Which leg you're swimming (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th)

No Events Listed?

• Your coach may not have completed entries yet
• You might not be entered in that meet
• Ask your coach if you have questions
