Use HuddleSwim to view your athlete's schedule, meet details, and event entries.

Viewing the Schedule

Log in to your HuddleSwim account
Navigate to your athlete's Schedule or Meets section
View all upcoming meets

For each meet, you'll see:

Date and time
Location with pool address
Course type (SCY, SCM, or LCM)

Viewing Your Athlete's Entries

Click on a meet to see your athlete's entries:

Events: Which events they're swimming
Seed times: Their entry times
Heat and lane: Assignments once seeding is complete

Meet Details

Each meet page includes:

Full address for navigation
Start times
Event list and order

When Results Are Available

After a meet concludes, the coach imports official results. This typically happens within a day or two. Until then, any times you saw at the meet are unofficial.

Check the Results section after the coach has imported the meet results to see official times.
