Importing Results
Import meet results from CL2 files exported from HyTek Meet Manager.
Import Process
Step 1: Upload File
- Go to your meet details page
- Click the Results tab
- Click "Import Results" and select your CL2 file
Step 2: Select Team
- Review teams found in the file
- Select your team
- Verify athlete count and continue
Step 3: Match Athletes
Automatic: System matches names from the file to your roster.
Manual: For unmatched athletes, match to roster athletes, skip, or add missing athletes.
Step 4: Confirm Import
Review matches, verify event count, and click "Import Results".
What Gets Imported
Individual Events: Final times, placements, splits, DQ codes
Relay Events: Team times, placements, individual swimmer splits
After Import
The system automatically updates personal records, recalculates team statistics, and integrates with performance history.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid file format": Verify file is a valid CL2 from HyTek.
"No teams found": Check file contains team data.
Many athletes not matching: Check for spelling differences or nicknames.
Some results missing: Check that events exist in your meet configuration.
