Linking to Your Athlete
Your guardian account is linked to your athlete's profile, giving you visibility into their swimming activities.
How Linking Works
- The coach associates your email with your athlete's profile
- You receive an invitation email
- Once you create your account, it's automatically linked
- You can now see your athlete's information
What You Can Access
Your Athlete's Profile
Name, current division (JV, Varsity), and team assignment
Schedule
All meets, event entries, seed times, heat and lane assignments
Results
Race times, personal bests, and historical performance data
Privacy
You can see: All information about your linked athlete(s) and team-wide announcements
You cannot see: Other athletes' personal information or other families' contact details
Multiple Children
Ask the coach to link each athlete to your account. You'll be able to switch between viewing each child.
Questions About Information?
- Spelling of name: Contact the coach to update
- Missing results: Results may take a day or two after a meet
- Wrong events: Talk to the coach about entries
